The apparent strength of the Housing Market is sheer lunacy!
The corrupt U.S. Government is committing a fiscal and accounting fraud that is printing an infinite supply of counterfeit money, so far $158.9 Trillion, so Americans can buy an infinite number of new houses, nicer houses, and bigger houses!
I am a Whistleblower! The U.S. Government is corrupt!
The corrupt U.S. Government is not operating its fiscal policy according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP Accounting)! The corrupt U.S. Government is promising future benefits to the U.S. general public but is not taxing the U.S. upper class to pay for these future benefits! The corrupt U.S. Government is lying to and cheating the U.S. general public by promising them future benefits but is not accruing the money to pay these future benefits!
The corrupt U.S. Government is running a classic Ponzi scheme, I call it USAPonzi, that is in the process of fraudulently borrowing an infinite amount of money, I call it imaginary-counterfeit money, from the future Americans and giving it to the U.S. upper class by undertaxing them!
As a result of this fiscal and accounting fraud, the U.S. upper class is getting rich, the U.S. general public is getting screwed, and we are building a-whole-hell-of-a-lot of houses, condos, and apartments!
The people that are buying and building these houses have been fooled because the U.S. Government is corrupt! The corrupt U.S. Government is fraudulently borrowing money, so far $158.9 Trillion (US Unfunded Liabilities (GAAP)), from the future Americans so we can build a-whole-hell-of-a-lot of houses, condos, and apartments!

The housing market was strong in 2020, but Zillow anticipates 2021 to top it.
2020 sales are on pace to grow 6% from 2019 despite essentially pressing ‘pause’ for a few weeks in the heart of the spring shopping season. Zillow expects that mark will be shattered next year, forecasting 21.9% annual growth for a total of 6.9 million homes sold. That would be the biggest annual sales growth since 1983.
Demand continues to grow, and interest in purchasing homes in the cities is expected to surge as economies reopen, according to the home and apartment listings website.
Zillow apparently has its eyes closed!
Americans are foolishly buying and building houses, condos, and apartments with $158.9 Trillion of monopoly money that the corrupt U.S. Government is fraudulently borrowing from the future Americans! Houses prices are going up every year because the corrupt U.S. Government fraudulently borrows more money from the future Americans every year!
The strong Housing Market does not pass the reasonableness test when the U.S. economy is struggling, millions of Americans are out of work, millions of Americans cannot pay their mortgage or their rent, and millions of Americans are not able to put food on the table for their families!

Any rational homebuilder executive should be asking the question, "Where are these home buyers getting the money to buy more, nicer, and bigger houses?" The answer is, the corrupt U.S. Government is printing an infinite supply of counterfeit money!
The U.S. Government fiscal and accounting fraud that I call USAPonzi is causing us to fill up America, and much of the planet, with houses, condos, and apartments that are to be paid for by the future Americans!
Why is it that very few people can see this $158.9 Trillion Ponzi scheme that I call USAPonzi, including the U.S. Government, Zillow, the home builders, and the home buyers? It may be because it is too big to see! We can't see the forest for all of the trees!
