Apartment Buildings and Accounting Fraud 200708
July 08, 2020
Emailed to The United Nations, Fed Chair Jay Powell, St Louis Fed President James Bullard, Minneapolis Fed President Neel Kashkari, Dallas Fed President Robert Kaplan, Congressman Van Taylor, Congressman Colin Allred, Senator John Cornyn, Senator Ted Cruz, The U.S. SEC, and NYT/WSJ/WP/DMN/CNBC on 7/8/20.

The corrupt U.S. Government is in the process of building an infinite number of useless apartments!

I am a whistleblower! The U.S. Government is corrupt!
The corrupt U.S. Government is not operating its fiscal policy according to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP Accounting)! The corrupt U.S. Government is being run by common criminals that have committed a $153.1 Trillion crime!

In this commentary, I will explain how the corrupt U.S. Government is filling up our cities and towns with useless apartment buildings!

The corrupt U.S. Government is building apartment buildings with smoke, mirrors, and accounting fraud! The corrupt U.S. Government is not operating its fiscal policy with proper and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP Accounting) which means it is not accruing the money to pay for future U.S. Government benefits!

When U.S. Government does not accrue for these future benefits, the U.S. upper class gets undertaxed and the liabilities for these future benefits are deferred to the future Americans. This has the effect of fraudulently borrowing money from the future Americans and giving it to the U.S. upper class! However, the future Americans cannot pay these future liabilities, currently $153.1 Trilion, therefore I call this fraudulently borrowed money, imaginary-counterfeit money!

The corrupt U.S. Government is in the process of printing an infinite supply of imaginary-counterfeit money so Americans don't have to work to earn a living, they just live on the imaginary-counterfeit money that the corrupt U.S. Government is fraudulently borrowing from the future Americans.

When Americans are living on imaginary-counterfeit money that the corrupt U.S. Government is fraudulently borrowing from the future Americans, they can live and play basically wherever they want to. Many choose to live in cities where “the action is” so the economy thinks that it is profitable to build apartment buildings for people that do not work or that have a job providing services to the now rich U.S. upper class when the U.S. upper class spends their imaginary-counterfeit money!

I live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area and when I drive around, I not surprisingly see apartment buildings everwhere and new ones are being built all the time. The economy thinks it is the right thing to do because the future Americans have an infinite supply of imaginary-counterfeit money so we can keep building an infinite supply of apartment buildings!

The corrupt U.S. Government is running a classic Ponzi scheme that is borrowing money from the future Americans, money the future Americans do not have, so we can build a lot of useless apartment buildings. When this Ponzi scheme implodes, most all of these apartment buildings will be useless, vacant and valueless because the current occupants will need to move to a place where they can earn real money with their labor or by building a product that has real value to the economy!

This will mean that they must get close to the land or close to a business that is making something of value! These jobs are impossible to find in a city where people are getting packed closer and closer together in apartment buildings and suburban housing!

This is also why I contend that this U.S. Government accounting fraud/Ponzi scheme is the major contributor to the Coronavirus Pandemic (See Causing the Coronavirus Pandemic)!

So, how many apartment units are there in DFW?

The short answer
733,881 units -- with 24,486 recently opened and 29,238 under construction, per late 2019 stats. You can expect all those numbers to be a little bit higher right now.

We will keep on building new apartment buildings as long as the corrupt U.S. Government keeps borrowing fake money from the future Americans!

So far, the corrupt U.S. Government has fraudulently borrowed $153.1 Trillion of imaginary-counterfeit money from the future Americans. $153.1 Trillion of imaginary-counterfeit money can build a lot of apartment buildings!

The following is a link to my whistleblower letter to the U.S. general public that explains how the corrupt U.S. Government is enriching the rich and cheating the unrich so we can keep on building useless apartment buildings!

Whistleblower Letter #1 to the U.S. general public

The following is a link to my fifth whistleblower letter to the U.S. Congress in an attempt to expose this fraud and corruption within the U.S. Government!

Whistleblower Letter #5 to the U.S. Congress

US National Debt  $26.5 Trillion
Cash Deficit in FY2020  $2.84 Trillion
GAAP Deficit in FY2020  >$27.0 Trillion
US Unfunded Future Liabilities  $126.6 Trillion
US Unfunded Liabilities (GAAP)  $153.1 Trillion
Imaginary-Counterfeit Money  $153.1 Trillion
US Total National Assets  $131.8 Trillion

*usdebtclock.org has stopped explicitly reporting the GAAP Deficit. The GAAP Deficit is implicitly reported as the change in US Unfunded Liabilities (GAAP)US Unfunded Liabilities (GAAP) were $126.1 Trillion on October 1, 2019 the start date for FY2020, therefore the GAAP Deficit in FY2020 will be >$27.0 Trillion (>$153.1T-$126.1T = >$27.0T).

I have written two websites (www.usaponzi.net and www.usaponzi.com) and eight books that explain this accounting fraud and the impact it is having on Planet Earth. My latest book (USAPonziE) is available on Amazon and can be downloaded from my www.usaponzi.net website.

This is the biggest ($153.1 Trillion) financial fraud ever perpetrated, I call it “USAPonzi: The Great American Fraud” and “The Biggest Ponzi Scheme on the Planet”!
